Federico offers over 20 years of expertise crafting unforgettable experiences in the realm of luxury hospitality, with a natural flare for operations and recognised talent in elevating the art of fine dining and creating award-winning exquisite beverages.

Originally from the picturesque landscapes of Piedmont in Northern Italy, renowned for its sophisticated wines and sought-after truffles, Federico's passion for hospitality ignited at a young age, stepping foot into a hotel kitchen at just 16. His ambition for delivering exceptional guest experience has since been his driving force, beginning with a prestigious six-year tenure at the former Royal Palace, and five star hotel, Terme Reali di Valdieri Royal, where he cared for the tailored needs of the Italian Royal Family.

From there Federico's career soared, continuing to develop his skills at esteemed establishments such as the Hotel Metropole in Venice, the illustrious Lanesborough Hotel, the Baglioni Hotel, and the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square in London.

Federico also specialises in new openings, and has been the visionary behind the launch of several award-winning projects, including VyTA, a luxurious ode to Italian cuisine nestled in Covent Garden's bustling heart, Rigo in Kensington, a culinary sanctuary curated in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Gonzalo Luzarraga, and South Kensington Club, an exclusive haven of wellness and refinement, where Federico's touch has left an indelible mark.

Honing his knowledge further with a Master's in International Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of Greenwich (No.1 in London for Hospitality study), Federico stands at the forefront of innovation and excellence, always ready to embark on new adventures and embrace new projects.
